If I am going to Islamabad over this weekend, I am definitely going to find that wonderful Minolta my father bought 28 years back. It was the first camera I started my photography with. I plan to bring it to Lahore for a dust service and will try to shoot some decent amount of film rolls (after I find some - which I really hope I can).
I miss shooting on film…being conscious about what I am really shooting. With these DSLRs a lot many times youI end up clicking only to confirm the results later in the viewfinder. NOT COOL!
Here is an interesting timeline of Minolta cameras for past 70 years, though I cannot find mine in the list.
